NAPCco Return Policy:
North America Phase Converter Company will accept returns initiated within 30 days of purchase. The phase converter must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and found in satisfactory condition. Customers may be subject to restocking fees, credit card fees, and/or original shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. A “return merchandise authorization” form must be signed, dated, and returned to us before the refund is issued.
