Complete Details of Features

Built-In Motor Starter with Start/Stop Switch
Every rotary phase converter needs a starting mechanism. The CP panel includes one built in as a standard feature, saving you the cost of purchasing a separate starter.
- Self-contained magnetic three-phase motor starter included as standard
- Start/stop switch mounted on the front of the panel for easy access
- No separate starter required, saving time and money on installation
Digitally Controlled & Protected Start Circuit
The CP panel uses the same patented start circuit technology found in our Pro-Line converters. It monitors the start sequence and times out automatically to protect the capacitors.
- Patented differential voltage sensing for precise, reliable start control
- Built-in safety timer automatically times out to prevent capacitor failure
- Latest solid-state technology, no mechanical start relays to wear out

Total Power Shutoff Protection
In the event of a power outage or power loss, the CP panel shuts down all three legs of power simultaneously, protecting your motors and equipment from single phasing when power returns.
- Shuts down all three legs of power simultaneously during a power loss
- Protects motors and equipment from single phasing when utility power resumes
- Competing brands often only cut the generated leg, leaving your equipment at risk
CNC Voltage Balancing
The CP panel delivers the same precision voltage balancing as our full Pro-Line units, making it suitable for CNC machines and other sensitive equipment.
- Voltage balanced phase-to-phase to within 5% or better
- Largest voltage-balanced range available in a rotary phase converter control panel
- Suitable for CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other precision three-phase equipment

Power “ON” Indicator Light
A bright indicator light on the front of the panel gives you instant visual confirmation that the converter is powered and running, even in a loud shop environment.
- Bright indicator light mounted on the front of the control panel
- Instant visual confirmation the converter is powered and ready
Easy Installation
The CP panel is designed to go up quickly with minimal hassle.
- Removable back plate for easy pre-wiring before mounting
- Terminal block connections make wiring clean, fast, and secure
- Knockouts on the bottom and right side to accommodate most conduit routing needs
- No special tools or complicated wiring required

Power Distribution/Terminal Connection
Connecting your wiring is straightforward.
- Oversized power distribution blocks for easy wire termination
- Strip, place, and tighten, no special connectors required
- Clean internal layout makes inspections and troubleshooting easy

- T-Frame motor (manufactured 1965 or newer)
- 2-pole motor running at 3,400 to 3,600 RPM, or 4-pole motor running at 1,700 to 1,800 RPM
